It is observed that young people in some nations are advised to enroll in a temporary job. This is worthwhile for them as they get experience and salary which are vital for daily expenses.  I agree with the statement but I do not turn a blind eye to the down sides of it since this distracts students from their studies.

At the outset, part time career brings various privileges such as strong interpersonal skills and confidence. To illustrate, when these personnel interact and socialize at a workplace, they gain better interpersonal skills for business and confidence to talk with clients. Adding to this, the experience which students gain through a temporary job is fruitful. This is because they will already become acquaint with the conducive ambience of companies and also comprehends the significance of team work. Apart from this, teenagers become punctual. They have to arrive at work on time and there is no room for procrastinating. This is not possible in educational institutions because the atmosphere is to casual and liberal.

These boons, however, are not without thorns, one school of thought aver, that youngsters are not mature enough neither academically nor intellectually. Therefore students can easily be trapped in a snare of cunning management and eventually students will face the music. To exemplify, the apex authority makes a bond agreement which is not in student’s favor, and trainees have to sign it to join the corporate. Furthermore, enrolment of children in workplace can build the stumbling blocks in their education. To make it more precise, adolescence’s study time is split by work therefore they do not get  an adequate time to complete their assignments.

On the whole, it is crystal clear from the aforementioned statements that youngsters only engage in the workplace during their vocations so that they do not compromise with study and take full benefits of the job.
