Hiring for higher position is a challenging task for management, because decision of these employees will determine the fate of company. One school of thought asserts that organization must  select employee from inside company, because these professional are familiar with work while others do not turn a blind eye over the privilege of appointing from outside, since authority gets ample of aspirants for job.

At the outset, recruiting internally is wise, this is because the candidates are already an employees of the company therefore they are already know the operations and business methods. This process also saves company’s money and time which might be squander on advertisement for job and on interviewing. Adding to this, it also sends a message of opportunity to other employees, and motivates them to work enthusiastically. Another vital point is in today’s scenario cunning people make fake documents, and endeavour to crack the interview. Therefore relying on unknown is a narrow idea.

An advocate of later process urge, sometimes company needs rehabilitation and revitalization. In these circumstances upgrading the existing employees whose ideas and approaches are already implemented do not make any progress but enrolling from external can provide the new perspective and methods which support the company growth and advancement. Furthermore myriad companies have handful employees, so selecting from outside open the door to choose from large pool of prospects. It helps the authority to quest the best candidate for job.

On the whole, it is crystal clear from the aforementioned statements that organization should commence the recruiting process internally, and if they do not found any suitable employee then they initiate the second process.
